CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

HIIT Flow

HIIT Flow is a combination of traditional vinyasa power flow and HIIT. 

The class begins with an integration that leads you through Sun B. Flowing Sun B we have 3-4 HIIT circuits, which incorporate 3-4 strength training exercises followed by a 30-second cardio burst. The active recovery after every cardio burst is an additional Sun B flow. 

Once all circuits are completed we end class with a vinyasa surrender series.

**Needed for class: weights (light & heavy), yoga mat, water, towel

Beginner Flow

The focus of this class is to introduce students to blueprint postures, help them gain familiarity with Sanskrit, explain the purpose of ujjayi breathing, build cardio endurance, gain muscle strength & increase flexibility.

Meditation & Flow

This is a 60-minute class broken into 2 sections. 30 minutes of a guided vinyasa power yoga flow & 30 minutes of a guided meditation & journaling session. Via Zoom. The focus of this class is to first move the body to get you centered & integrated into the space. Then once we are fully immersed we focus on tapping into pent up issues & letting them go. 

 

**You will need water, a towel, A Journal & your favorite yoga mat.

HIIT Yoga

The format is a mix of a yoga flow warm-up, HIIT workout, & yoga flow cool down. Unlike with HIIT Flow, there is no active recovery in between circuits.

 

**You will need 2 sets of weights (1 light set, 1 heavy set), water, a towel, & your favorite yoga mat.

Intermediate Flow

The focus of this class is to build your cardio endurance, gain muscle strength & increase flexibility. The sequences will be more complex than the beginner class, but the overall goal is the same. 

 

**You will need water, a towel, & your favorite yoga mat.

Private Sessions

This is a 45 to 60-minute one-on-one or group private virtual session. You can choose from any of the offered class formats, and customize the class to your desired goals.
