I’m so pumped about this new dynamic workout program I’m doing. It’s 100 workouts over the course of 60 days - you do have the option for 100 workouts in 100 days. The program is designed to increase your strength, endurance and flexibility while shredding calories and packing on lean muscle.
The workouts are ONLY 20 to 30 minutes a session and there is a nutrition plan included.
BUT THE BEST PART.... You can do it from the comfort of you own home.
My challenge group kicked off Monday, but there are still a few spots available if you’re ready to end your summer with a bang. I’m going to be upfront it will be challenging, you might want to quit, but as your coach I’ll be there with you every step of the way encouraging you to stay the course.
